The reasons as to why CTP has risen so much has been well documented. A SMH article has been linked previously here explaining the rises. Basically, if costs go up then prices must go up too - there is no scam involved (not on the part of the insurance companies anyway)
Also as has been pointed out by someone else already, there are perhaps better avenues to vent frustrations with the company. People come here to discuss financial aspects of IAG - posts venting frustrations about the company add very little to that discussion.
