    well buying ANZ in the $3 range in the early 1990s recession was a horrible decision, was also nowhere near the bottom. Or CBA in the GFC, mind you did buy the others too. Or even astronomical amounts of BHP in early 2016.

    got many sectors during covid too. Many up 50% now.

    use the dividends compounding for other sectors. That’s what I do. Doesn’t always work. Even if IAG is a dud it’s weighting on my portfolio in minimal. Just saying this is a battered sector and it can probably grow from here via acquisitions.
