you conveniently forget about Wilkins disastrous venture of buying into an English company at great expense that had a hangover debt of 40 mill that somehow slipped through the due diligence .
it would also need to be noted that the commercial lines of insurance brought by iag have after many attempts, failed to be migrated into direct service and sales. Lifestyle and leisure insurance is another example of neglect by Wilkins failing to capitalise and expand within a growing niche and buy extension the Australian mkts
