Perfectly said HAC30, this is why the industry is slow to change, dont force our hand or we will go somewhere else. Well once new legislation comes into play in Jan and profits are reduced then they will have to find new ways of becoming more efficient, and like its been pointed out that many are slow to change or don't like change. Well if some practices are getting their steet in order and becoming more efficient whilst others stagnate I don't think AMP will stand back and let this unfold. Just a thought but times are changing.
