If it's so good why would it need to be mandated? Practices are going to pay a % of their revenue to a dealer group that doesn't allow them to control their own business. AMP aren't going to making their dealergroup less appealing (especially considering the current rotation away from vertical integration) to appease IAM shareholders. Not saying BOOM2 won't be taken up, it will if it works well, but it won't be mandated... plain and simple.
