Always take caution when investing.
Way too many people bought below 6c.. in fact most of shares were bought up below 4c..( over 1billion shares issued)
Always remember..what if..
They said "No" for MOU2.
They had board meeting in Dec.. (NAB).. I dont think they will have another board meeting in Feb.
(Realestate.com.au deal has been passed in Dec meeting)
I think SP will fall back to test zones.
5c or below.
Without any news in Jan.. SP will look ugly. . Plus Jan share market looks pretty bad too. (Remember what happened last Jan in 2016 after FOMC..total bear market, gold was up huge just like last 2days= signal for Jan market imo)
Now..
ANZ and AMP already have their back office outsourcing partners in India and Manila.
1. ANZ Bank is cutting 130 staff from its back office in Melbourne, while 10 people are set to lose their jobs in Sydney.
jobs were moved overseas to Manila in the Philippines and Bangalore, India, while others were cut due to "improvements in process".

2. AMP has TATA Consultancy Services for their back office outsourcing.
Tata is US16.54 billion revenue Indian company.

3. MyPlanner, one of Australia’s largest non-aligned dealer groups, has rolled out its innovative back-office solution to its broader network of 175 advisers after completing a successful pilot program

4. Centrepoint will launch a range of back office solutions to its advisers in the new year.
The package will include para-planning, para-lending, life insurance health screening and varied administrative support options, including outsourcing particular functions to ongoing dedicated staff support.

5. NAB would allocate a significant portion of the $300 million investment in wealth it had flagged last year to improving the systems underpinning its advice businesses and investing “in our people, platforms, products and processes.
The remainder of funds to be invested in NAB’s wealth division would be earmarked for improvements to the way customers were able to engage digitally with their finances, such as the bank’s recently launched SuperSizer tool, and upgrading back-office systems to cut down administration time for advisers and support staff.

Unfortunately NAB is investing huge money for its own back office system.
6. CBA has no plans for outsourcing back office.. ( Google this u can find the news)
Intiger is a small firm. . Already over promised to be a number one ..
And I think they are misleading investors with the first to the market statement..
( correct me if I am wrong.. but Myplanners and Centrepointalliance have recently finished the pilot program successfully with other firms)
I am not trying to downramp. .just real discussion about the stock and its industry rivals)
Small cap stock can go up big and go down big..( look at the charts.)
Always do your own research and try not to get hyped.
I think this is the real discussion about the stock.
Why they have hired new sw engineer for lily and klip?
Means they have some issues with product development?
Also I think the reason PC bought some shares the other day was mainly trying to calm the market down with $20,000 when SP hit 4.9c
......Lets say apart from NAB's $300M investment for their system upgrades including back office ..
Even if IAM did 19 stpes for NAB.. but I believe NAB had to put this one on the bottom drawer due to recent E Mail accident for data safety concerns by media and customers.
" 60000 NAB customers' account details sent to incorrect email"
- 15 Dec 2016 -
Its all over the media.
I think the best entry price for IAM is under 5c for long position.
Otherwise too risky for price swings.
Way too many holders can unload with huge profits at this price.
Lets see what happens in Jan.
Possibly no MOU2 news in Feb.
All IMO DYOR.
