Currently, Monash appear to be emulating The Phantom.
Seriously, it is my trong and unqualified opinion that from what has been demonstrated to me and from what is available online, Monash do not have any 'actual' presence but they obviously exist and therefore must move in the shadows of literature an announcements within a network of like-minded lip-serviceman. How else do they manage to officialise things and never get taken to task by the recipients?
Is it some sort of Barter system??
