Probably one other thing to note is PC brought up was about CR. He said they don't expect to need to raise cash but may look at doing so on a higher sp. he also said that if they did do one their would be a reason behind it whether that be for an acquisition of a smaller firm.
I think It was mf who spoke about how the other similar smaller firms approached them with a merger but intiger turned them down as they knew they had nothing to offer intiger and initiger plan to obtain more market dominance and therefore erode their value before looking to acquire them.
