Yes it does - if those bids at 1.7c stay in the queue, then IMO we could see more evidence today that accumulation is underway, albeit under pressure from some larger stale holders exiting or taking profits on recent SP increase.
To those that claim we're only seeing a P&D at present, can you explain why Euroz, UBS and Shaws have been doing some decent buying (as noted by The Boss on other social channels)? Is this not a typical sign of pro's taking their position? Meanwhile, most selling appears to be from retail holders.
