According to ASIC's "REGULATORY GUIDE 5: Relevant interests and substantial holding notices" changes of more than 1% to a significant holder's position (i.e. more than 5% of SOI) must be announced to the market within 2 business days.
In other words, this should have been announced by now, assuming that it was in fact MW dumping his shares as many here assumed. Perhaps the assumption was incorrect, or MW may just be late to the party in completing the relevant documentation.
Keep in mind that this is MW's responsibility to notify the market, so IAM management have no part to play in this matter.
