You've nailed my thoughts exactly. Automation yes, AI not so much. They can't provide recommendations without an AFSL but the one thing I guess that could be AI is as a planner inputs data Lilly may suggest possible strategies that suit and block out ones that will not work based on the client's circumstances. Otherwise I can't think of an AI component but I think the automation is more important anyways and that's what planners will come to use. It would be good if they could provide some additional clarification, were in the same boat thought wise.
