Point to highlight is stock been in downtrend since Dec 16....with gap down this could yet qualify as an island reversal.
That of course would require confirmation but for my mind availability of Portal could be the turning point FA which could translate into TA.
This is just academic posturing as would require confirmation which way off having at this point.
