This is not a dump, the volume is too low!
Id refer to it as manipulation. Its very easy to create selling hysteria by selling 50k shares and drop it a pip. Thats one of the negatives of these "penny" stocks but keep in mind the same works in reverse. Its akin to lightening hitting a herd of beef and they run to the gate to escape. Once a few run the herd follows.
