Calibre you're right. So many getting waaaay ahead of themselves. Just because they claim to reduce FP practice costs by 40%, doesn't mean they will. Furthermore, even if they achieve that, they need to be profitable in their own right!!
They will be juggling many risks. They need to train and retain quality staff outside of Australia. Data security is a BIG deal. One stuff-up and it could be game over.
SOAs must be compliant and have quick turnaround. They need to deal with all this and also keep their own costs low.
