The directors of the Co. Can't just sell their shares with abandon. This would account for at least 15% of register. The Sydney seminar had at least 2.5% of shares with, one would assume at least the same at each leg of the road show so now we have 25% of SR in the hands of the sticky ones. This is enough for me, at least till the Mou2 is announced. But harba, just because it hasn't been done this way before doesn't mean it can't be. PayPal works uber works, neither of which would have been believed until they were proven.
