That's why I prefer owning the heads over the oppies for this sort of investment.
Agree, I'm all for bumping up their wage as they do a lot of work and it would be in line with other businesses, and yes it would be good to see a good chunk of that $300k go into buying stock on market from all the directors, Walker has enough with 105m but the others don't
. They're already wealthy individuals with other jobs and sources of income so not a hard ask.
If us retailers can put in our hard earned cash, I think our Directors should and can as well
I'm certainly wanting Walker to be re-elected and will vote as such.
Happy for the 10% placement, it's normal business, annoying to have more stock on issue but as long as that stock goes to sticky fingers and perhaps a Soph/Industry stake holder who can add value then I'm all for it.
