Jim that is tough ...boy has this stock taken away some personal fortunes.
So at 10 cents with recapitalization that lenders and hedge fund vultures will ensure shareholders wiped out. Why at 10 cents I wonder...and not 1 cent as what possible hope could shareholders have to recover any thing in terms of value for their shares. There would be incentive for sgh management to.argue for small % ,left.to.shareholders given they are big holders but I am guessing class action dimishes anything been left.for shareholders and this happening plus lenders have the upper hand here.
