The product is intellectually compromised if one answers these.
If your expecting LTers to interpret announcements, l think it's time to move on. As a minimum, read the last 3years of Ann's, it's all relevant.
The important part is that, CLIENTS are using our product and at least one is sending staff for 2 week training blocks, at thier expense, l call that commitment?
