bevter, gutnick still has a slab, and all the major shareholders that have recently got in will probably vote in favour which means the AGM results are probably passed already ( BBY will go in favour they have 13%) gutnick i think still has 25-30% so theres 35-45% of the shares on issue spoken for.
Feel free to lodge a protest vote but by the langauge in their annocuements its a done deal and after they will be called hawthorn resources and intend to tap "global capital markets" for more money - are small shareholders that have shares being offered more shares on a capital raising nope havent been in recent memory, still waiting to be offered one of those juicy 20% discounts myself so i can buy in but nope sophiscated and institutions are the ones. Biased yes , in our interest no, long term is it good well its kept em afloat we would be looking at a 100% loss if all of this didnt occour
