    Thanks for your comments guys - so it seems at the very worst, we'll have a 6% ROE IF the proposed restructure goes through.... so its not 7+%, but its still not bad.

    Defab's comment about Centro debt holders taking a position in order to vote certainly sounds very possible.... or even probable, considering the odd CER "action" today.

    I'll vote no too - worst case - 6% - best case - 7+% (estimated of course)
