Anything to do with a relisting time frame isn't market sensitive? Of course it happens, but it definitely throws up some red flags and has to make you think management are willing to cut corners elsewhere. I have definitely sold out of investments when I haven't trusted management.
People who participated in a CR are paying their wages, not plebs that participated in a secondary market transaction.
