    my 2 cents.....i think the 32% is the industry formula to the market/shareholders.

    i put it at 60/40 to hit gas....based mainly on location, pbr analysis and deal, confidence of meo management, etc

    and in case im wrong a guaranteed stop loss will be in place.

    its speculation like this that can change your life, its happened to me before......
