    I don't really know what the real story is with Ian. When I spoke to him at the agm he told me that he has to undergo an operation (not major) in the near future and will be back working again after that, under a different role. At the same time, he said that he has found a successor and will be announced in due course. I guess we should know in a couple of weeks who this new CEO will be.
