Not expecting a big increase in ACV. Would put it at 2.08m ACV & they might quote a pro forma adjusted forward ACV that could be higher pending execution of sales.
It’ll be a good update with the confirmation of the R&D rebate and further escrow of management shares.
Posters are actually having pip dreams about cashflow positive.
