You “think” there is progress? Compare the value of the company 18 months ago to its value today, then get back to me on what progress has been made. It’s easy to measure.
By the way - only dummies employ dummies. Good management employ (and train, and retain) good sales people to accelerate growth.
Name a great company that doesn’t employ a fair number (or even lots) of people.
