I suppose progress is subjective. I may have a different view in 2 years.

I can understand what Olson is doing but that doesn’t always suit a market wanting a capital return sooner. It’s a burgeoning market that Pointerra are capturing and I’d like to see them get it right with with big clients the first time. Pointerra don’t need clients developing in-house solutions to solve problems with Pointerra.

As long as they aren’t knocking back clients and can exceed clients expectations then I’m happy with the present staff costs. Olson is too it seems.

You are closer to that capital return in my view and it looks like it will be sustainable with the steady as she goes, get it as right as you can the first time approach.
