Yeah they will come out in a few years when they can't meet the targets and say "actually, we're going to quantify using a different method" just like they did for covid deaths....they are a sick bunch of freaks the "authorities" and to believe what they say, or indeed even to attempt to debate it intelligently, is an admission of naivety. They will say one day "when you take into account blah blah blah, we are net zero 90%" and they'll find some agricultural honeypot like corn futures to give to their princeling/changelings/demons.
