That's because the so called man made Co2 production emitted is absorbed equally by plant life in Australia. There being no excess Co2. So our man made Co2 production to plant absorption is in balance! That is 'Net Zero'. We have very few politician's or media personalities in this country with any brains to think logically. So they in turn will cripple the economy by forcing up power prices through renewables for no valid reason and do nothing for the environment other than destroy it with visual pollution. Work that one out for logic! Our politicians with 'Net Zero' intelligence, that's what we really have!
