For those querying the recent sell off, it’s unfortunate to know that Ian Reynolds passed away. Ian was one of the largest shareholders in Resapp as noted on Page 4 of the presentation. I met Ian at the first Resapp AGM in 2015, while he was in his 90’s he was still sharp, challenged management for the better of the company and could see Resapp’s vision. It appears his beneficiaries are reducing their holdings.
