I would take "Shapiro" more seriously if all he said was no comment and as legal council I am not at liberty to dislcose anything that may effect the rights of my clients.

If indeed it is him that is answering the emails, then he seems to have a mandate to continue throwing out information that creates further uncertainty over the issues at hand. Smells like he is part of the Beng. Minerals PR machine aimed at getting the best deal out of Genorah.

I have learned not to take too seriously the threats coming from those that say too much. The silent ones are more dangerous. Have we heared much from Anglo/Xstrata? I therefore see NKP having to make bigger compromises reharding Garatua JV partnership and compendation for old order rights. Still huge value will remain for NKP shareholers.
