Ian's email - No set time frame but govt holds the key

Asked Ian & Cath about dispute resolution period dates...
    - No set timeframe (but I'm sure govt would like to resolve this asap)..
    - FAR continuing to press for an amicable solution (trigger PE rights without court arbitration)...
    - Govt holds the key (Recent comments from Petrosen Exec favours FAR)...
We'll win, its just a matter of time... cheers...

    Hello
The start date of the mediation process is largely irrelevant.
The length of the mediation process is not an absolute fixed timeline either.
As we have reported the process is ongoing.
There are many variables within this process, one of which is the timing of responses from the Government of Senegal as well as other matters within the mediation process itself.
These can delay the final outcome.
The key point is that the process continues with FAR continuing to press for an amicable solution.
As we are obliged we will report to the ASX when there are material developments.
Unfortunately, until the process reaches a conclusion there is litter more we can add.
The process will reach a conclusion in due course.
There is not a fixed date by which this process ends and the next step begins.
    Thanks for your support.
