No set time frame ? ? It was an email from this same genius who said there is a clear dispute process of 90 days and we are about 2.5 weeks into that process....he stated at the time.... fos. He also said our questions would be answered........ fos. At some point the bs has to end...... seems to me Ian is full of it. DB
