Which keeps on coming back to the original argument and probably reinforces same each time it's brought up, COP can have the money now; why does it care whether it's from WPL or from FAR, unless there are other considerations.
Senegal gov't must also be judging just like us, and hopefully will sway them more and more towards FAR, something (being open and transparent) they have been talking more and more about lately. Is that a Hint!!
