This whole business is a nonsense if FAR don't have a top grade backer so I believe they do have one.
I believe that FAR have done the obvious & fully informed S. Govt. re backer & have submitted a very rosy plan & commitment re how they will with urgency , bring the project to production.
The backer most likely to please S. Govt.wld. appear to be the giant French coy. Total - we can assume that not being idiots, they have cultivated good relations with S. Govt.
Hard to see why Total wld. not be a starter.
I believe that S. Govt. have full control of this situation & what they decide is best for their people will also be good for FAR.
