I'm not down ramping ELK but it won't hit .8 - it will close about even, may be up .01 or .02.
If it hits .6 to .068 - then Wednesdays ANN meant nothing.
Maybe the monkey might take it for a run, but in which direction, only the monkey and colleagues know.
