lenzj010 with great respect, it's like chalk & cheese. We're talking about long term destruction of shareholder wealth, now those destroyers are there to pick up in the bargain basement! Really, yes someone bought the shares but speculation is one thing & we all go into any investments be they BHP or ADD knowing that what goes up, can come down. But - this isn't market forces, GFC, or out dated technology, we're talking about ineptitude & a too heavy, costly & inefficient management/board.

Naturally the directors are taking up as sub underwriters. Do you realise the concept of under writer & sub under writer, they get a fee for their role AND they mop up shares at a discount - it's like insurance they take a risk, but they are remunerated for their service.
