I tend to agree Daily.

If one looks closely at the NXS Board Change announcement, Para 4 states:

"Existing Directors with international experience will also take a more active role in the short term. In particular, Ian Bosario who has substantial exploration experience through his long tenure as a SENIOR AND RESPECTED EXECUTIVE WITH SHELL, and Steven Lowden with his global experience as President of Marathon International, will provide VALUABLE DIRECT ASSISTANCE WITH THE COMMERCIALISATION OF THE CRUX ASSET (refer to Director biography on following page.)"

The big signal (in my book) is in IB's bio where it tells us that his "last posiiton at Shell was as the AUSTRALIAN NEW BUSINESS MANAGER."

Well, HELLOOOO!! Would IB have contacts within Shell? (Shell, already having direct involvement, is the logical partner (or takeover vehicle) for Crux, and it doesn't matter if they screw NXS a little on price.

Sunburntland may or may not be correct on no farm out in 2010 but my money is on some Crux action early 2010.

Note: The upper case is my doing to highlight what could be the catalyst to the deal NXS deserves.
