I don't know a lot about the convertible notes, but the announcement (13/3) said they convert 1 to 1. It mentioned that AEP would require $32m for the shares and $7.2m for notes. Thus needs an outlay of $39.2m to get around 71.3m shares, would be an increase in NTA of $10m assuming the IBA price is 69 cents.
