Not in a mess but the customer relations staff think they're clever and cant be told anything to pick up their game obviously.
They are probably of the mentality that they know best and have to be careful of whats released to the market and when,well that has done nothing to stop the SP falling.
Maybe try the alternative and actually release some reasonable news every so often to see if it has a different effect,the shareholders are entitled to this more than the general public from a website i believe.

The other view is they want the price to drop so some big names can load up both options and heads because of a possibility that something huge is about to happen and they want in cheap?
