Sometime need to go to source document. What you are questioning is whether GAL bought all the Head End Assets from Talico- see 1.2 of Supplementary Explanatory Statement. That is did we get all the IP from Nick because if not the structure could be a problem. I thought we bought all the IP.

As for when the Ann/Presentation will drop a bit of a letdown as impression was this week. Delay means possible drift in SP. Wonder whether they also have plans for left over oppies at the IBC - targetted at new investor/mates/fluff/current SH etc etc. New deals - don't know as need to report market first not in a presentation. Interesting times ahead.
