Asia is a tricky place, big players like Netflix, Hulu will never be able to succeed in the region, most big companies don't understand the connection/relationship/culture/history of these countries, and they think they simply hire some local sale persons then the business will take care itself, well they cannot be more wrong.
That's why I think Nick and his companies have great chance to succeed in the region, they take a lot focus on connecting with the locals, understand the dynamic of the culture and people.
