--- Calculations fail to include local taxes, royalties for DRM, costs of infrastructure for platform & also IP royalties for Talico. The structure of this company also puzzles me with what Talico get and how revenue is set up etc.

Also will be interesting to see how many sign on/retention rate after the free trial, all good and well to have users but paying users is what they want. I also wonder how many people in a developing market can or would afford for the app and will this affect the user retention dramatically. Also do TV2U need to provide cash or bank guarantee for $600k or 3 months? I remember one of another techs deals did this so they'd want some revenue coming in soon.
Anyway just my thoughts, cant guarantee accuracy. I do agree with furniture in that they need a trick or two up their sleeve, which apparently they have - but until we see it it could well be fluff. Good luck all, but I cannot see $3 profit here.
