Well of course no investor wants the SP to drop,im not aware of many TV2U directors,maybe 1,however a CEO will tell the management exactly what to do and IF it is to manipulate the stock down by various means so their rich buddies can buy up big cheaply,damn right it can happen,a heck of a lot more investment/money is loaded into the company that way.
Can also happen if the SP is rising with good news (which is obviously better for shareholders Yoda)
It happens everyday & if it can in the USA it can also occur here in a very unprotected negligent trading environment such as the asx.
Asic claim to be so busy but where are the prosecutions?
