I agree it is a CAPEX payment, but that is from "Toomai" to TV2, while clearly that will include hardware, labor. incidentals etc, surely TV2 would still be budgeting for a percentage of profit for the companies expertise and services provided to set up the expansion.
I would expect it to be recorded as revenue, and I would expect gross profit to be somewhere between 10-40%, note my wide range is purely because as you have stated we the share holders are not privy to any actual details of the deal/contract.
