    Sorry you could be right, I was going on the posted email reply from Tom Young that basically stated that "If the money doesn't arrive, TV2 will not do the work". It is a pretty rotten carrot of $1mil US if there is no actual financial benefit to TV2 at all, and the only benefits will come again "even further down the track". All IMO.
