    I’m not wise but I think ‘all the rest of us’ have about 5% of PACT’s shares so assuming we all had equal numbers he needs about 60% of us to sign over to him directly ( as opposed to selling on the market which allows others to acquire the shares ) to get his 90% of the company and compulsory acquisition. It seems most likely it’s only in this scenario that he will be able to delist from the ASX. Assuming current sentiment and shareholder behaviour continues it seems that RG has little hope of delisting unless he can come up with something new to scare shareholders
