    As previously posted by others, IMHO de-listing from the ASX with under 90% will be dependent on the number of holders with over $500 - this is where we need WilliamTeddy to keep us updated with CS details.

    A hypothetical situation if the holders numbers were declining to a point close to 150:

    Trustees purchasing PGH shares outside of their trust in their own names would increase increase the holder numbers.
    Maybe 1000 shares to be on the safe side to ensure the value is above $500
    I am sure many will also have adult children & friends that would also participate - especially if they already invest in ASX listed Companies.

    IMHO, PGH is still a very good solid company and the latest financial result balance sheet indicate this.
