Hey guys, the issue of 150 holders owning more than $500 has been raised and encouraged by both User123 and Edj99 and also has been my worrying too.

I had discussed that this issue with the investor relationship manager at Computershare (CS) and will try to get the answer this week or so (sometimes later end of this week) so please hold on to your shares without panicking. To my assessment, at this stage, 150 holders is not a concern as by my quick guess is that we still have minimum of 800-1 k range of holders owned more than 596 shares ($500).

Anyways, I would like to break down the inspection I visited last Friday to you guys

The total of circulating shares are 344 290 053 shares so 1% is approximately 3 442 900 shares.

As by 1st of March inspection (24 hours update interval), Manipur and its associates has owned 20 683 114 shares up 15 k shares from their last notice. However, as there I was stating, they could properly reserve their cash for last Friday when price hiccup towards 84 cents. So, I would be expecting their holding will soon on the move towards the North. They owned 6.007%.

User123 stated that he owned around 1.3%, which translates to 4 475 770 shares.

There is an individual account owned around 2 250 000 shares in the main account, which translated to 0.654%Those 3 in combine already equivalent to 7.961%
From 50 k shares (in one account) up to RG's size, there were 91 accounts on the 9th January (when I first have the list). Up to today, there are still around 60 accounts.

Of course, there could be newly created account (in case of HSBC), but on average, I wouldn't expect the number of accounts to be swinging a lot due to the holding they have in one account.

From 50k shares up to 100 k shares in one account, there are approximately 33 accounts. Excluding User123 ( I am assuming a particular fund is his) and HSBC, those holders having between 50 k shares to 100 k shares owned around 2 081 007 shares, which translated to 0.604%

From 100 k shares up to RG's size there are approximately 27 accounts. RG has 4 accounts. Excluding User123 and other institutional, 10 accounts has around 1 496 591 shares equals to 0.435%
With Institutional, below are their movement records.

JP Morgan on the 9th January has 2 842 534 shares, then on the 25th January, they have 2 401 969, then on the 2nd Feb, they have around 2 075 617 shares and by 16 Feb they have 573 294 shares and by 1st of March, they have 530 314 shares which translated to 0.154%

HSBC on the 9th January has 2 516 889 in their main account, by the 25th January, they have 2 094 701, but they also created another nominee account with 1 000 000 shares holding in it. Subsequently, on the 2nd February, they have 2 052 340 shares in their main account and their additional nominee account with the 1 million shares in it were gone on the 29th January. By the 16th Feb, they only have 432 751 shares in their main account. By the 1st of March, they have 410 571 shares in their main account which translated to 0.119%. Although, I noticed they had created another 2 nominee accounts with them, one on the 22nd Feb with 82 353 shares in it and on the 28th Feb with 520 shares in it. Very funny hey?

Citicorp on the 9th January has around 2 321 534 shares with them, and by the 25th January, it surged to 3 346 051 shares and by 2nd Feb, they climbed higher to 3 758 018 shares and by 16 February they deflated to 2 321 537 shares and subsequently till the 1st of March, they have around 2 074 521 shares which translated to 0.603%. bear in mind, they have approximately 15 smaller nominee accounts with approximately 71 662 shares in it. Are they trying to trade their shares towards RG's flavour? Who knows? But on the news, they have been known to be closely related to RG in regards to Loscam and that crate pool handling division. It's just my opinion.

Warbont nominees aka (UBS appointed agent?) on the 9th January has 724 860 shares and by the 2nd February, they only have 30 142 shares and they exited. On the 6th Feb, they came back with 670 520 shares with them and by 1st of March, they only have 522 247 shares with them which translated to 0.152%. Rumours on street talk on AFR stated that they are the Loscam's auction banker. Do they come back to lobby RG for the auction? I surely think UBS can see Pact are Loscam are 2 different entities right? You don't mix Pact shares as a gift to RG to invite him to Loscam auction bid, do you? My opinion.

Morgan Stanley has on the 9th January, 676 881 shares. Due to my mistake of missing the back page function search on CS's computer, I thought they had exited. It turned out, they didn't and in fact, by the 1st of March, they have 682 336 shares which translates to be 0.198%. Oops, my bad there.

Pretty much that is the main points I wanted to type. But while this is an overall situation, I noticed despite a number of exiting, the people who used to have 50 k shares to 100 k shares are the group that less fluctuated by the take over bid. Some has quite cute to increase 546 shares to her holding. Please if you were to add it to avoid delisting (although I believe we have the secured number of holders), please create another account and purchase minimum of 596 shares in it to be qualify as a holder owned more than $500.

Within the Dr rank, despite some retreats, some are increasing a lot. For example, a Vietnamese DR (since I am Vietnamese), has increased the holding from 2400 shares to 11750 shares. Some higher holding Dr are consolidating between their accounts and accumulating. For example, a Dr has 2 accounts (family fund) with one with 25 000 shares and the other with 30 001 shares, by 1st of March, one account has 6900 shares and the other with 35 000 shares in it.

There are more Dr in the list, but for some reasons, as I typed their name into CS computer, trust me, it goes haywire with all wrong dates of entering and exiting and some don't even exist. So, I guess, to look more into those data, I had to order the list myself, as those Dr records are almost as funny as they are.
