Most of us minnows on this register don't have a lot to losebut I would be particularly concerned if I was User or similar large holder in the event that our resistance proves futile. This guy is ruthless and unethical , that we can agree on by his actions, BUT he is hamstrung by his offer price limit of .84c. Extrapolate that to his well to do mates, they could be tapped by him (on the quiet) to accumulate shares on market and being extra helpful shortly thereafter by accepting the offer price. That wouldn't be illegal, the loss would be so minimal .5c/share that it could be absorbed easily. This would have the most obvious way to break the 90% issue to start with and then address the 500+ issue at a later date.The only way to prevent this is for Manipur to accumulate themselves to the 10% and take us schmucks along for the ride, it looks though according to WT that they have dried up, out of funds or have they had a chat with RG? Their intentions and actions here are critical, I wish they would post!
