Hey Guys,

On my hand, I got 2 lists of Pact register with 1 from the 9th January and the other one on the 5th of March. I just wanted to compare and run down a few figures (as suggested by Borg) with you guys.

1) There are currently 2686 shareholders on Pact register compared to 4394 shareholders that was on the register on the 9th Jan 24.

2) From 1 share to 595 shares, there are currently 862 shareholders, with the total accumulation of 219 183 shares. They are ineligible holders because they owned less than $500 worth of Pact shares. Back on the 9th Jan 24, there were 1250 shareholders owned between 1 share to 595 shares, with the total of 344 184 shares.

3) From 597 shares to 1 000 shares (there is no one has exactly 596 shares in one account), there are currently 316 shareholders, with the total of 269 471 shares. Back on the 9th January, there were 557 shareholders, with the total of 476 186 shares.

4) From 1001 shares to 5000 shares, there are currently 936 shareholders with the total of 2 360 603 shares. On the 9th January, there were 1676 shareholders with the total of 4 253 242 shares.

5) From 5001 shares to 10 000 shares, there are 264 shareholders with the pool of 1 983 895 shares. There were 425 shareholders on the 9th Jan with the total of 3 178 674 shares.

6) From 10 001 shares to 50 000 shares, there are 252 shareholders with the total amount of 5 375 351 shares. On the 9th January, there were 402 holders with the total of 8 400 439 shares.

7) From 50 001 shares to 100 000 shares, there are currently 26 shareholders, with the total of 1 789 982 shares. There were 41 shareholders on the 9th January, with the total of 3 006 392 shares.

8) From 100 001 shares to 1 million shares, there are currently 20 share holders, with the total of 4 546 304 shares. Back on the 9th January, there were 31 share holders, with the pool of 7 663 783 shares.

9) From 1 million shares plus (including RG's 4 accounts), there are currently 10 holders with the total pool of 327 745 264 shares. On the 9th January, there were 12 holders with the pool of 316 967 153 shares.

Overall

As right now, there are 1820 eligible shareholders with more than $500 (excluding 4 RG's accounts). There were 3140 eligible shareholders on the 9th January owned more than $500 and excluding 4 accounts that RG has.

Also, as you can see, despite the number of retreats from each group, RG's couldn't obtain that much of shares up till now from minor holders, so the explanation is a lot and a lot of those shares were just majorly from top end holders with 1 million plus, as the top end holders depleted in selling, which many have, and the only insto right now that got over 2 million shares is Citicorp, as the remainder accounts either belong to RG's or Manipur and an individual account. I don't see how RG is getting closer to his goal. It looks so close to him BUT very very very FAR through crossing mountains and swim through rivers here. Hihi
